Just bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all the equipment you'll need for your workout.

We recommend starting with 2-3 classes per week and gradually increasing as your fitness improves. Our coaches will help you determine the right frequency based on your goals and recovery needs.
